2. Delivery Area
We currently deliver to Glasgow G postcodes only. Delivery availability and fees are confirmed during checkout based on your postcode.
3. Orders & Payment
- All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
- Payment is taken at the time of ordering via our secure payment provider, Stripe.
- An order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided.
4. Delivery
- We aim to deliver within the selected time slot, though exact times cannot be guaranteed.
- If no one is available to receive the delivery, we may leave the flowers in a safe place or with a neighbour.
- Please ensure delivery instructions are accurate to avoid delays.
5. Product Information
As our arrangements use fresh, seasonal flowers, the exact blooms may vary from those shown in photographs. We will always aim to match the style, colour palette, and value of the arrangement you order.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
- Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund.
- If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
